Document Display Context Menu & Shortcuts

 Print

When viewing image files, such as TIFF, JPEG, or BMP, a typical context menu of actions will be available. Annotations include a tooltip to show who added or modified it and the date/time it occurred. Annotations are permission based. Some menu options may not be available to all users depending on the specific configurations.

Important Note: Annotations can be accessed by right clicking on an image file in the viewer; native documents use their native application to add annotations or other standard functions prior to importing into ILINX Capture. Once an annotation is created by a user in ILINX Capture, the annotation becomes a permanent record and cannot be altered or deleted.
